The owner (Jimmie) took the time to clearly explain pros and cons of various options. We followed his recommendations and are now eagerly awaiting the warm weather to put the system through its paces.
The installation was done very efficiently and the crew left our basement spotless. I am not a professional, but the installation looks very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this company.
Special thanks to the office staff who kept us informed about when the technicians would come.
