Mike is incredibly knowledgeable. He did a long, very detailed pre-offer inspection. We were anxious about buying the house, but he did a long, thorough masterclass on every component. As he took us around, he explained in great detail exactly what would have to be done to address any issues, however minor. His report was huge, and serves as our roadmap for future work. Mike has remained available for followup and questions, and has pointed us in the right direction for finding good contractors to help with future repairs and projects around the home and property.
