I have used Alberta Indoor Clean Air for many years now. I have been completely satisfied with their service. They provide up-front price quotes, and stand behind their service. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me exactly what was wrong, explained what he needed to do, and what it would cost. He also showed me after the job that everything had been done as required. I will definitely be using them again, they stand behind their work, and they care for their customers.

During the latest cold snap, our furnace motor decided to quit. We called Sears and they sent out Blaize to fix. He cleaned our furnace and replaced the motor and it is working just fine now. Blaize was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. We have been using Sears for years and will continue now, with Alberta Clean Air. Thanks for your great service!

On time very smart and clean ducts the way should be and the work on the furnace it runs like new

A few weeks ago I was contacted by this company for a free visual inspection of my furnace and heating system. I was skeptical at first but when their inspector arrived he was professional, knowledgable and reviewed his recommendations with me. Best decision I ever made, I booked a furnace cleaning and duct cleaning with them and very impressed with the work. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We recently moved into a new (old) home. Jimmy and crew showed up on time and showed the work they were doing. They showed how filthy the ducts were before and how well they were cleaned after. They explained their work and did a great, clean job. The furnace technician, Bob, also took great care to explain what he was doing and what to look for in terms of keeping the furnace, a/c and filters clean. They were very approachable and were well worth the extra money to have a thorough, right in the duct, cleaning work done. Great job guys!

Guy came close to appointment time, pleasant guy and we talked about troubleshooting I had already done and things I had learned. He took over to do the things I couldn't do myself. He examined many things and made sure things were working correctly but was completely at a loss as to why it was misbehaving. Being a troubleshooter myself, I understand that things can be confusing and so while I was disappointed it wasn't resolved, I understood. The reason for the upset and low rating are because he promised to contact a Carrier tech and get back to me in the next couple of days to let me know what he had said. This was several weeks ago. I have left messages on his direct cell phone (he gave it to me so I could follow up as well) and still heard nothing. I called his manager Jason at the office, who again promised that he would have him call me the next day and now, over a week later, I still have heard nothing. Also, for some reason, my credit card was charged twice for the cost but the second time seems to have been refunded at least. Just seems strange. Anyways, certainly cannot recommend a service company that can't keep their word. Too bad too, since they seemed nice.
