Guy came close to appointment time, pleasant guy and we talked about troubleshooting I had already done and things I had learned. He took over to do the things I couldn't do myself. He examined many things and made sure things were working correctly but was completely at a loss as to why it was misbehaving. Being a troubleshooter myself, I understand that things can be confusing and so while I was disappointed it wasn't resolved, I understood. The reason for the upset and low rating are because he promised to contact a Carrier tech and get back to me in the next couple of days to let me know what he had said. This was several weeks ago. I have left messages on his direct cell phone (he gave it to me so I could follow up as well) and still heard nothing. I called his manager Jason at the office, who again promised that he would have him call me the next day and now, over a week later, I still have heard nothing. Also, for some reason, my credit card was charged twice for the cost but the second time seems to have been refunded at least. Just seems strange. Anyways, certainly cannot recommend a service company that can't keep their word. Too bad too, since they seemed nice.
