Payam and his team installed a semi private fence for us. The quote was done on a professional manner where Payam came to the property to measure and see the job that needed to be done. A written quote was provided outlining the work needed to be done with clarity. He was available through phone, text, email or in person and easy to communicate with. All payments were made through epayments with corresponding receipts and contracts. Prior to working, he contacted all utility providers to mark their located. He and his team had to work around the rainy and weathered the sub normal temperatures to ensure the job was completed properly. Quality, straight, pressure treated lumber was used. The fencing install was thoroughly measured and squared up with great care. No mess was left behind and his mobile workshop trailer enabled him and his team to work efficiently and with great quality.

We recently moved into a new (old) house with a high efficiency furnace. There was water accumulating on the floor just beside the furnace. The Appliance Doctor, Jason came in to diagnose the problem. The levelling was off where the water flowed away from the drain instead of toward it. Since Jason levelled the unit, the leaks have stopped. Jason showed up on time, was within budget and explained how the furnace worked and what to watch out for in terms of maintenance and monitoring. Thanks Jason for your help. Now my laundry room is dry and mold free.

We recently purchased a house and sold our old one. With that, the old owners left behind a number of items ranging from broken end tables to broken wheel barrows (enough to fI'll half of the garage). With my stiff coming from the old house in 2 days, I needed the space that the left behind junk took up. I called 1 800 Got Junk and they responded the next day and removed the items except the propane tank and 23 paint cans. There was enough stuff to take up 2/3:of a truck. All I did was point to the items and the guys loaded it into the truck and took it away. Thank you guys for now I had room for my stuff from the other house. Going from a double garage to a single meant using the space wisely. That is what I am doing now.

We recently moved into a new (old) home. Jimmy and crew showed up on time and showed the work they were doing. They showed how filthy the ducts were before and how well they were cleaned after. They explained their work and did a great, clean job. The furnace technician, Bob, also took great care to explain what he was doing and what to look for in terms of keeping the furnace, a/c and filters clean. They were very approachable and were well worth the extra money to have a thorough, right in the duct, cleaning work done. Great job guys!

We recently moved into a new (old) 1958 home. I called Locksmith Care and they responded to my request immediately. They changed all the locks in the house to one key. This way I only have to carry around one key and will be able to get into any door. I previously tried to cheap out with box store locks. It is well worth it to have the locks professionally done. They knew the style of all the locks and how to deal with them. Dimitr was very approachable cleaned up after the job was done. Now all the locks work great and we have peace of mind. Great job!

We recently moved into our new (old) home. There were a few shingles that were damaged from a raccoon. The Mr. Roof Repair crew showed up on time and stayed within budget to complete the work. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a report of future items to consider and why it is worth doing them. Now my roof is damage free and one cannot tell where the work was done. Great job team!

We recently moved into our new (old) home. There were spots around the brick work that needed the morter repaired. Brian and his crew showed up on time and done a very thorough job. I can't point out the places that were repaired because I cannot tell where the work was done. That is how well the colour and texture of the repairs matched the surrounding material. Brian and his crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Great job Brian and team!

My refrigerator freezer had ice forming at the bottom of it. Jason was on time and performed a very thorough defrost and cleaning of the drain on my fridge and pin pointed the issue to the back grommet on the drain line plugged with food particles. Now the fridge works like new. Jason explained everything he was going to do and why. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Great job and thank you!

My chimney bricks were falling apart. I called Brian and he quoted and a reasonable price to rebuild vs other options. He and his crew came in, had to temporarily take down the fence in between the houses to put up scafolding, removed the old bricks cleanly and rebuilt the chimney over a couple of days. He also did some front step touch up work while he was here. After the job was done, the fence was rebuilt, all rubble, garbage was taken away and eves troughs were clean as well. The work looks great where the older neighbours have commented that this work reminds them of when the house was first built. Thank you Brian and crew for a professional job, prompt response and seeing the job through.

This past Tuesday evening around 9 pm my furnace exhause fan started making a high pitch noise. I called Reliable Home Comfort expecting to leave a voice message to book an appointment to have it repaired as soon as possible (because we are in the midst of a deep freeze with two small children). To my surprise the telephone was answered and answered some basic questions. A time slot was booked at that time for service men to come. They come in, looked a the furnace, made a recommendation with a quoted price and upon agreeing to it, they got to work. Thank you for a responsive job and well done. The service men were very friendly and professional. Now I have peace of mind again with my furnace.

It's difficult to find a contractor that is proven to know electrical, plumbing and carpentry for a relatively small job as compared to an entire kitchen makeover. A dish washer (new install from scratch) and cabinet was installed within the estimated time and budget. I helped do some basic vacuuming and scrap packaging material cleanup as work progressed to keep the work area from getting to cluttered and it was appreciated. When my toddlers get older I will definitely use their services again to paint the house interior. Great job and thank you for your professional work!

Our newly bought home had terrible drafts, especially around the skylights. The furnace ran very frequently and even after we had it and the ducts cleaned, the smell of cigarette smoke still lingered. I called a few insulation companies to come over to quote an insulation top up. When doing the inspection, they said they would not do the upper atic because it was too tight to fit into. When the Avenue Insulation group looked at it, they said the upper attic would be a challenge but their guys liked challenges. They also looked at the old insulation and noticed it was moist from condensation, there was no vapour barrier in the atic, there was no insulation around the skylights and the venting around the roof was not done properly. They suggested a few options and scenerios around how long we were going to live in the house. We agreed to remove the old, damaged, smoke saturated insulation and replace it with new air tight foam. It was more costly than just doing a top up but without a vapour barrier, it made the most long term sense. The crew got to work a couple of weeks after the agreement and did the complete job over four days because the upper atic was so tight and cut in half by one of skylights that one of the crew had to cut a hole in the roof for entry. He did an excellent job also patching it back up too. Both atics are now very well insulated while the smell of smoke has disappeard and the furnace immediately stopped running by 70%. Also, while the crew was working they noticed other unseen problems from the inside of the house like a leak that ran along a main support beam to the outside wall. Fixing this while it was small saved a much bigger problem for the future. After the crew was finished, they cleaned up what little mess that was made. The entire staff of this organization is very friendly and reliable to make the whole experience a positive one.
