Gary Mack Home Inspections

Well, I thought Gary was pretty thorough, punctual and reasonably priced, but he missed a few things:
-The screws holding the kitchen cupboard doors on were too short, so naturally they fell out and the doors came crashing down - on my fridge and ceramic-top stove! $$
-The plumbing under the toilet turned out to be totally corroded and started leaking a couple months after we bought the house. Another repair cost - and who knows if the mold will persist? $
-The weeping tiles seem to leak into the basement when spring thaw starts, although not when it rains. $$$$

Had he charged more and caught this stuff, I would still have been way better off.
