I had 2 toilets that would not refill correctly after flushing and a gurgle in the basement tub sink. Called the plumber. Visit booked in a day after calling the office. Trevor sent me a text with his picture saying he was on his way for the scheduled visit. This is a great idea. He was prompt, friendly and had the work done in 35 minutes - 2 toilets that flush and fill and a hot water tape that did not leak due to a new valve installed. There was also a follow up call from Meghan asking if I was pleased with service. Although I had to pay for an hour visit (total $276.00 included labour and parts) I was very pleased with the in home and on phone services.

Unlike most plumbing companies and unknown to a lot of consumers there is a big difference in the level of service you receive when you use a "Full Service" plumbing company verses a standard/run-of-the-mill shop. You pointed out some of the differences in your review and there are several other value added areas that make the Full Service experience much more comprehensive and customer focused. Anyone who has ever opted for a four or five star hotel experience over a three star one will instantly appreciate that difference. The gap is a large one and we're always aiming to be on the right side of that equation.
