Sears Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I called for an estimate to have an area rug cleaned. I was given a quote by phone which was erroneous when the guy came to look at it as it was a double sides carpet. (Indo persian style) Usually it would cost more to have it cleaned but the gentleman told me that because they had already quoted it they would honour that and not charge more. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. I am pleased with this service. The rug looks like new again.
