Our insurance company recommended Winmar after we experienced flooding in our basement due to a sewer back-up. Once the cleanup was completed, we were told that they'd come and pick up the equipment (fans/dehumidifiers) on the following Monday. No one showed up. They didn't show up the next day, either. We were starting to get concerned as we had other contractors lined up and couldn't move forward until the equipment was removed from the basement. Despite leaving several voicemail messages, texts and emails, no one responded. Four days later and still no response, we finally resorted to emailing the CEO and VP of Operations to let them know that we were at our wits end! The equipment was picked up within hours. Based on this experience and Winmar's poor communication/customer service, we definitely would NOT recommend them.
