The worst customer service and post sale follow-up we've every experienced! After numerous calls, messages, and follow-ups, we had to resort to contacting the President to get the service and installation work that had been committed and communicated to us through the sales process. Ongoing servicing of the hot tub continues to be an issue with numerous calls and follow-ups required to get these folks to follow through on what they tell you they are going to do. At a price point of $10K, this is appalling.
