It is often not as bad as we might think it is, and can be repaired fairly quickly. [Of course - after saying this - it reminds me that I have some plumbing issues in my house that I have to take care of - ha ha]. We appreciate your review John. You commented on the neatness of our work. When we are finished a project in a client's home, it is important to us that you cannot tell that we were there. There should be no bits of garbage whatsoever left behind. Installations such as recessed lighting (pot lights) should be carefully planned to avoid unnecessary damage to walls and ceilings for access holes for wiring. We are proud of our team, knowing that they have respect for our clients and their homes. We look forward to serving you again in the future.

With electrical problems on the supply to the home, this is the responsibility of the Local Supply Authority (power company), who were able to make the repair in a timely manner, once it was confirmed with them that it was their problem.
