Great service as always, Ryan explained everything and the quote was laid out as always prior to work was completed. New lighting fixtures and dimmers that were installed look amazing and I will definitely be using Captain Electric again in the future to complete all and any other projects i'm needing completed. Our top floor condo suite needed the 25 year old dual bathroom (and dryer) fan replaced.
Quick on-line 'chat' at 11:30pm lead to a courteous phone call from Diane the next morning.
Very professional electrician (Kevin) and his apprentice (Jackson) quickly found what was needed; explained pricing (and other items that we might be interested in); and went to find the exact replacement motor.
Next day it was installed on time, with no mess.
*We also decided to have a 'power surge' installed on our breaker unit - wise investment.* (That is NOT included in the price given above.)

Zac, the foreman is always on point. His crew work in tantem together well. Zac also installed my bathroom fan perfectly. Kevin installed my outlets and smoke alarms exactly placed where I wanted. Dave, who is also an engineer, was amazing at fixing my broken conduit in the garage. He offered me advice on a backup generator as an added service. Last but not least. Jackson their apprentice was very deligent when doing his assigned tasks. I would be remissed if I didn't mention their office staff. They provided numerous updates and confirmation of the appointments in a timely manner. Kudos to Diane. Please Captain Electric mention their other staff members whom I forgot.

I own a property out East and I needed someone to take care of an electrical outlet that would short circuit when it was plugged in. I called Captain Electric based on a recommendation from a friend.

The whole entire process was very straight forward and I didn't need to take time off to deal with it. I prepaid for the service call and they came in the following morning to fix the issue. They called me afterwards to give me an update on the issue.

Overall, I was very satisfied.

Zac and Nate repaired my main bathroom's ceiling fan vent in the attic. The vent had been improperly installed and was not connected to the roof properly. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done within an hour. I highly recommend this company, especially Zac and Nate. Thanks guys!

Was able to get them out for a quote in under 48 hours. They stuck to that quote on the install day and arranged everything. Their team was very professional and were never slacking off or padding the bill. 3 crews arrived initially and they walked me through all of the work that they did when they left.

Highly recommended. You may get cheaper elsewhere, but with electrical, you really do get what you pay for!

Zac gave me a detailed estimate. ON day of installation Zac / Dan / KW + 3 techs did a fantastic job. They upgraded my home service from 100 A to 200 A, and installed a beautiful Canadian charging station in my garage for my awesome 100% electric Chevy Bolt which has 400 km range/ full charge. We absolutely loved our experience with Captain Electric and refer everyone to them! We have an older home with aluminum wiring and were concerned about the safety. Ryan came to our home to discuss our options and never tried to push anything on us that we didn’t need. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all our questions. The crew that came to do the work were just as great. Super friendly guys who were obviously took great pride in their work. They were meticulously clean and took the time to answer our questions. They weren’t our cheapest quote but the pricing was very fair and worth every penny. We reccomend them to everyone without hesitation and we’ll use them for all future electric needs.
