I have been a customer of Captain Electric for about 10 years and 2 homes. Whenever I call them I can count on prompt and courteous service, Recently my hard-wired fire alarms started chirping; I placed a service call at about noon and the fire alarms were replaced same afternoon. A couple of days later one of them was replaced as it was defective. I highly recommend the team at Captain Electric; they are a pleasure to work with!

Thank you "cotonluv." Smoke Alarms can be irritating when they malfunction. Yours were in need of replacement due to age. We replaced them with new Combination Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarms, and they all tested correctly. But - Sometimes even newly installed products can fail after a few days, (which happened in your case), and of course we needed to replace this for you as quickly as possible.
