We hired Captain Electric to install two new bathroom exhaust fans and several potlights in our home. From initial contact to in-person consultation (including immediate quote), speedy booking to work completion and follow-up, Captain Electric exceeded our expectations! Communication, knowledge, experience, professionalism and quality of work were all top notch! Jackson, our project manager, kept everything organized every step of the way, including sub-contract arrangements with the roofer, and was available for any questions or concerns. The crew was in and out in a day with no follow-up needed. By the time they left, not only did we have both fans and all potlights installed, we had a new doorbell, wiring for several old fixtures removed, our fireplace properly disconnected for further work and a surge protector installed (which we didn't even know what an option).
