Townshend Chimney

I have used Townshend for two houses I have owned. Just had a complete rebuild on both the chimneys on this new/old home and as always they are done with professionalism, acurately, and on time. Jenn and the gang are great people as well. One thing that stands out for me is that they do a fantastic job of cleaning up at the end of every day and then do a full clean up of the grounds and the roof as well.

I don't typically write reviews for companies, mostly because; if the job is done 'okay' or mediocrely, it just doesn't cross my mind to complain or otherwise.

However, in this case, I am overwhelmed.

Never have I felt so comfortable with having workers come into my home. Never have I felt like I have gained knowledge from a company, like I have by Jenn (owner) explaining things to me.

For example, height regulations, caps, etc.
She was onsite the whole time, which is a big deal to me as a woman, for another woman to be there. As I am not usually at ease.

Not only that, but the bricks are such a good match to the rest of the house. It really upgrades the esthetics of my home, by not having a deteriorating chimney. Plus now it's regulation for fire code.

I really can't say enough about my experience.
I am just so happy with the quality of workmanship and customer service I received.

Jen was great to work with. It was the best quote, as well as one of the only companies I contacted that would install the chimney liner too. They came to do the work within a week of contacting them. I was given an arrival time for both days and they were very punctual. I was thrilled when they cleaned up my neighbour's driveway beautifully, and my new chimney looks great.

Townshend Chimney came recommended and they lived up to their good reputation. Well priced, great work and great service. I would highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again.
