I don't typically write reviews for companies, mostly because; if the job is done 'okay' or mediocrely, it just doesn't cross my mind to complain or otherwise. However, in this case, I am overwhelmed. Never have I felt so comfortable with having workers come into my home. Never have I felt like I have gained knowledge from a company, like I have by Jenn (owner) explaining things to me. For example, height regulations, caps, etc. She was onsite the whole time, which is a big deal to me as a woman, for another woman to be there. As I am not usually at ease. Not only that, but the bricks are such a good match to the rest of the house. It really upgrades the esthetics of my home, by not having a deteriorating chimney. Plus now it's regulation for fire code. I really can't say enough about my experience. I am just so happy with the quality of workmanship and customer service I received.
