VERY disappointed with this company. We rented linens for our wedding, and when we set up our tables with the linens every single one was stained! Oil stains, or something was so noticeable in big spots. The owner did nothing for us to compensate.

GEPR made the arranging so simple, showed me different items/options, super friendly and helpful - will definitely book their tables and chairs again in the near future. Linens were clean, chairs/tables in good condition. Thanks for a fantastic day!

We were happy with the prices, the service and the quality and cleanliness of the rentals.

We were extremely disappointed to have received a surprise extra charge of $400.00 one month after our wedding on top of the $1,000.00 bill we had already pre-paid with our credit card.

Grand Events gave us no warning of this charge and did not call us. I had to call them after getting the statement and they said that we had lost enough items to justify this addition charge of almost 40% of the total.
We knew some of the claims of missing items were not just possible as for example we had counted the all lights being returned afterwards and all were present.
We also checked with the caterer and bartender and the site itself.
There was no way this claimed amount of these items could have disappeared.
The replacement cost of $15.00 per 6" white plate was very excessive too.

We disputed this surprise, extra charge with the Credit Card co. and we won.

If you use them then be sure to count everything and have them sign for it as they drop off and pick up.

Read your contract very carefully. They have also hidden additional terms in a fine print on the back of the last page.
