Pine Valley Estates

This builder took their time, and,delayed us,but, it was all worth it. Pine Valley Estates took a forest and made it into the most beautiful and private subdivision in Wasaga. Yes, it took some time, and, many delays, but the staff always kept us up to date. Was it frustrating, yes, was it all worth it, YES! The finishings were incredible, and, the service is quick. From the sales staff, to the decor person to the site people. Everyone has been very helpful. Waiting for their next site!

We bought a Pinevalley home. It took a while to get here but when we did it was great. Everyone was nice from he sales staff to the service staff on site. We loved the layout to the finishings in the home. It was great to take a Toronto home and put it in Wasaga. We would definitely recommend them! We are looking to purchase a 2nd home from them in their next phase.

Got a house 2 years ago and the closing date was meant to be April 27, 2017.
Just finally closed June 18, 2018.
After so many “final” closing dates they gave me a house without living conditions!
I have a baby and I feel unsafe on my own property. There isn’t a single 5f space of good conditions.
No countertops, no sinks. Toilets don’t work!
My furniture is there but can’t go there yet because isn’t safe and no living conditions.
