Expensive condo fee with terrible service! They once charged us a fee that we didn't agree on to our pre-authorized account. In another case they sent us a lien again a fee saying we own them because we didn't give them permission to charge to our pre-authorized account. - a nightmare!

We needed a status certificate and they were polite and efficient. We often have to wait for status certificates and they didn't make it so we had to adjust our offer.
