had a bathroom installed in our basement. luckly I reviewed the blueprints that were laying there, cause they weren't the ones we signed off on. The warranty work is non exsistant. called but no one came out.

Very easy to deal with and they did an excellent job. Pricing was very clear and a problem with a subcontractor was dealt with professionally. No problem working with them in the future.

I'm currently undergoing reno's with TLC. Very organized, conscientious, and client centred. The job has moved forward with minor hitches and any unforseen issues are dealt with promptly. Excellent quality of work. No surprises.
