From the very beginning Paul made an excellent presentation of the product and service. The installation crew was on time, they installed as promised, everything was cleaned up and there was a follow up to make sure that everything was done as agreed. My new windows look great, the woodwork a pleasure to look at, I am very impressed and it was definitely worth the money.

Long Life replaced all my aluminum frame windows, as well as 2 aluminum frame patio sliders, 3 skylights, and my front door. Commitment to customer service is a significant plus in dealing with these folks. As with any house project, its more than the materials. The installation crew is a huge factor in the success. Bernard and his team are top notch. They were efficient, knowledgable, very experienced, and they made the whole experience a smooth process. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every day. No issues or surprises. Bernard took the time to explain each aspect of the project and made sure I was satisfied. And the finish carpentry work was above expectation. The new window install technique they employ is superior to a reno install. And even the security service rep who came afterwards to reconnect the alarm sensors commented that the extra steps Bernard and his team took made his job a lot easier. The biggest advantage for me was that Long Life took full responsibility for the job end to end, versus other quotes that specified separately what the window manufacturer did and didnt cover, and what the installer covered and didnt cover, leaving me with gaps in the middle. Having one org take full responsibility made the premium paid more than worthwhile. I wish all house reno firms would model themselves after Long Life.
While energy savings alone won't pay for this, we have noticed a significant reduction in cold air drafts through the house, and also a noticeable reduction in outside noise, so comfort level has been a welcome benefit.

All the staff from beginning to end were extremely professional; very knowledgable and friendly. Due to a break in I also had Wizard security screens installed on all windows/doors. Amazing product. No one will be able to get into my home ever again. Wizard people recommended Long Life windows to us. Awesome! The windows look amazing and the screens look normal but are better than bars. Burglarized before Christmas. Paul found the proper doors and had them installed before Dec 25. Paul gave me the options for replacement which fit my needs. The installation crew was friendly and helpful. Job well done. Thanks!

The crew replaced four windows in the basement and enlarged two of these four windows. Very efficient crew. The previous owners of my house had Long Life out for the upstairs windows and the same crew replaced the windows upstairs and remembered the house.
Their estimate was in line with other window installers.

We are very happy with our new windows. The installation was perfect and Josh and his team worked around the clock to have them finished all in one day. The guys were very professional, courteous and cleanup all the odds and ends. The best part was knowing that Long Life and Paul will stand by their products. Initially I have some doubts because there was a problem with our order on the pricing. Paul was honest with the issue and was willing to work out a mutually satisfactory solution. It was his business integrity that convinced us to stay with Long Life.

We are very happy with our new windows. Josh and his crew did a great job with the installation. Both he and the 2-IC checked the caulking done by the newest employee. This young fellow was very energetic and ran between the house and the truck whenever anything was needed from the truck. All four installers were very pleasant to deal with. Everything was cleaned up well and removed afterwards. When we have sufficient funds to complete the remaining windows in our home, we would not hesitate to request that Josh and his crew (and Paul) be the ones to do the job.
