We recently replaced all 21 windows and a sliding door in our 35-year-old house. We LOVE the new look, and working with the expert team at Long Life was a smooth, hassle-free experience.
The Long Life management worked hard to bring their quote in line with our budget and communicated clearly throughout the process. The admin staff were clearly on top of things.
The installers, Stuart, Dylan and Duncan, were a terrific team. They were punctual, friendly and polite, and worked well together (There was a nice hum of conversation throughout the day). Stuart took time to explain different stages of the process to us and they were never too busy to answer questions.  They were respectful of our space, patching drywall or stucco where needed, removing and replacing blinds, and cleaning up as they went along.
To be honest, there was one glitch during the installation: One window was the wrong size and had to be re-ordered. The installers left a window in place while we waited just a short time for the replacement to arrive. Not a big problem.
The owners and employees at Long Life obviously take pride in their work. We would whole-heartedly recommend Long Life to anyone wishing to replace windows.
 

LongLifeWindowsDoors did a great job at my home.
The inspection, measurements, review and installation was done very well and very specific.

The options were clearly stated.

Every day the area they worked on was cleaned and tidy. This is important as with kids around, you can't have dangerous items. Else they'll ask for a safe area if you like.

They also helped in extra things.
1) My side panel next to the window was loose and they re-fastened it
2) All the blinds were nicely re-installed post installation
3) Extra effort to seal the door was taken as history on the house had a lot of water flowing around.
4) They also gave options when the door needed to be re-positioned. We opted for a higher clearance which was nice.

It was a wonderful experience and I've already mentioned it to my coworker!

The installation crew was very professional and the work was completed in the timeframe indicated. We are pleased with the look and quality of the product.

I contacted Chris from Longlife and he was very prompt, had excellent follow and answered all my questions. We had great communication.

I had them remove my 2 old patio french doors and installed 2 new Vinyltek sliding patio doors. The product was manufacturered in a reasonable time frame and Chris was very good in coordinating a time for the install.

The installation team was excellent, smooth install and excellent product! Curtis was great and explain everything about the sliding doors to me. The doors were excellent, very high quality and looked beautiful. Also - the crew installed it so professionally, it looked like it was always part of the house! The trims, caulking was so well done, we were extremely impressed.
