We needed our windows replaced and after reading many positive reviews decided to buy them from Long Life.
The job was arranged for April 2014 and Bernard and his crew arrived on time. Bernard had previously come to our home to explain to us, exactly what he was going to do. So when they arrived on job day, we knew what to expect.
He was courteous and responsive to questions. After our windows were installed, he was supposed to touch the paint up around our front windows. He went above and beyond and painted the entire wooden area around the front windows and it looked awesome! They also touched up a few nails holes that we noticed after the job and it was done promptly.
I cannot say enough about the quality of our new windows and the skill of Bernard and his installers.
