When I decided to change our windows, my friend recommended me Long Life as one of the most reputable company. Paul was very approachable and knowledgeable. He sent Josh and his team (Curtis, Trent, and Matt) for the installation. I was very impressed with their hard work. They worked efficiently and everything was done well as it was scheduled. During the installation, I remembered to tell Josh that my husband passed away less than a year ago and I am now a single mother with two young kids. A few days after the window installation was completed, I noticed that our broken wooden gate had been replaced with a new one. I asked around but nobody had a clue to who did it. I discovered later who it was by calling Josh. He sought a permission from Paul to help me out. There are simply no words to express my heartfelt thanks for what they did.
