Tom is an excellent technician. He is very professional, congenial, and thorough. He explain to me what he was doing and how the furnace was performing. We felt a sense of security about the furnace for the upcoming winter. He recommended a pump system instead of the drain line and took the time to show me the pump and give an estimate. I highly recommend Tom as a technician and will ask for him for future service calls
