I had a concern about my furnace and I called Reliance at 9 AM to book a service appointment. At 1:30 PM the technician arrived, and determined the problem was not due to the furnace, but to a smoke detector. He provided very good advice on how I should interact with his company to get the service I needed. He was very efficient, courteous, and professional. The technician was Steve Bowden. I was very impressed with his desire to assist me. His efforts have secured me as a loyal customer.
