Woke up to no hot water today, booked an appointment online
very quickly for this afternoon. Christian called 10 minutes before he arrived at the appointed time. He was pleasant and courteous, he quickly found the problem and fixed it. He explained what did and what caused it to happen. He cleaned up the job site completely before leaving. The price was exactly what he said it was going to be.
Very pleased with the service call by Christian.
