Our A/C was not working right so we called Reliance-Yanch to come out and fix it. Dan Haley the service tech checked the system out, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and repair. He was very considerate, friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. Our A/C now works perfectly and because we have a "Comfort Protection Plan" the repair was done at no cost to us.
