We booked a service call between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and were told we would received a call prior to the technician coming. We got our call with a 15 minute lead time. Derrick arrived with a pleasant smile, introduced himself, told us what he was going to do and got on with his work. Once finished, he explained to us what he had done, provided us with a copy of his 21 Point Tune Up report and bid us a good day. He was a very pleasant man and we will be asking for him the next time we have a service call. Thank you Derrick. Our units are on a rental contract and the service is included in the cost.
