Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This guy hugely screwed up the plans to our place, then refused to work on the weekend to fix it.

It really had a cascading effect that he would not take responsibility for.

Might as well just draw it out with crayons and no measurements and submit it to the city, because i'm quite sure the level of professionalism will be the same.
