Not much more you can ask for - they were on-time, polite, clean, fixed the valve in about 10 minutes and the price was fair.

A lot of these condo contractors can be shady but these guys are honest and know what they're doing.

Upgraded two thermostats in my home. Staff were friendly and helpful. Salesperson Pam warned me to make sure the thermostat I wanted to install (NEST) was compatible; turns out it wasn't, so she recommended another one which worked perfectly. Technician Han was polite, friendly and efficient, and explained every step of the installation and happily answered all of my many questions. The only one minor issue is they don't accept credit cards.

Property management send me a letter saying one of my fancoil valve is not working properly based on the unit routine check, I called CLIMANETICS INC, scheduled an appointment, requested 30 minutes heads-up call by the technician, On the Day, the technician called, in addition I got an email form the office, I went to the Unit to find the Technician is waiting, he replaced the defective part, show me the old one and how it is not moving up and down when you open or close, put new one, check and test, everything was excellent, technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly , I asked for the bill, he said they will send it to you, 2 day later I got the Bill, e-transfer the money, call the company to confirm, an e-mail send to me!

Called, made appt, confirmed appt.
No show, informed that appt was mysteriously cancelled.
I'm out over $100 for missed time at work, request adjustment to invoice. got e-mail suggesting I'm untruthful about confirmed appt!!
Company is neither principled nor ethical in service approach.
NOTE: I was not looking for a freebie... I asked them to accept that they provided shoddy service but they won't!!

My heater was making a loud clanging sound and I was worried. They came in and swiftly dealt with the problem. They are also very great with customer service, which I find rare with a lot of independent contractors.
