This is our second review of The Home Improvement People. In the summer of 2015, Elia and Antonio arranged and executed our tremendous music studio in our basement. Our review can be found on Homestars also. This review is to comment on their excellent customer service and warranty terms. We lost power to two outlets/walls in the music studio last week. We texted Elia if he could ask one of the electricians to come and fix it and he was so generous with his scheduling that he was willing to come out on Christmas Eve to check it out for us. We opted for today, December 27 (a stressful time for all) and Robih came bright and early this morning (9:00a.m.). He brought all of his tools and went straight to work. Within 40 minutes he had diagnosed the issue (some loose wiring behind the electrical box), fixed the issue and did a thorough and complete check of all other electrical pieces in our entire basement. Very prompt, polite, kind and diligent. We are so thrilled that we chose The Home Improvement People in 2015. I can't think of any other company that would instantly return a text during the winter holidays, stay true to their warranty and fix an issue in less than a week of it being reported.
