They had awful customer service where I had to follow up multiple times with emails to get anything addressed. I had a list of 3 pages of items for the walk through, Not just paint items but they had corners of doors where it was damaged and they tried “fixing them” and painted them and hid them on the inside of a door and reluctant to replace because it “might delay” my possession day. Darn glad I wrote down all items because on possession day, 2.5 hours later I realized more than 50% of them were not completed and they just took down the tape. There was still trades finishing my floors, cabinets, fixtures and a cleaner trying to get out stains (which never came out) on my brand new tile. The person doing the walk through got mad that it took so long, as he should be done for the day, and just asked us to sign off on possession.
