We got excellent service from Baldwin and his crew at Pacific Home Comfort - replacing an old AC unit - unlike other companies I contacted he thought about the overall operation of our HVAC system and its air flow - not just slapping on a new cooling unit. The work was also very clean and thorough.

Baldwin and his team just finished a HVAC install at my parent's house. I called them on a Monday, came out Tuesday to inspect and out on Friday to perform a removal and new install. This was much appreciated as both my parents are over 90. They were prompt, courteous, meticulous and tidy. Everything was perfect. This is the second install they have done for me and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I meant to post this review much earlier but never got around to it. Baldwin and his team came to install a ductless AC unit in our townhouse back in August 2020. We contacted a few companies and Pacific Home Comfort came in the middle, but Baldwin's clear communication, responsiveness, and friendliness gave us confidence that we would be taken care of in a reasonable time frame, on budget, and with a service/unit that matches our needs. The entire crew was friendly despite working in an exceedingly hot attic, cleaned up the space well, and the workmanship was excellent too. Highly recommended!

The Pacific Home Comfort team has always been responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
For 11 years Baldwin has managed to keep my old AC and furnace up and running by working his magic. This year the AC quit and I knew I had to replace the 20+ year old AC and furnace.
The Pacific Home Comfort team under Derrick's direction came out this week for install of both units. The team was efficient and thorough. Details of the job were explained to me as well as how to maintain the new units. The install exceeded my expectations which says a lot as I have always been happy with the service and workmanship.

We are very happy with the replacement of our AC unit! Baldwin and Derek were very nice and knowledgeable about the AC unit and what needed to be replaced. They also took the time to place drop cloths down in our home and kept the job site clean. The work they did with the coil in the furnace was clean and professionally done. They even replaced our thermostat for us as well and showed us how the new digital one worked. They also made sure the AC and furnace were in working order before leaving. I would very much recommend Pacific Home Comort to anyone looking to replace an AC or furnace!

We have nothing but good things to say about Pacific Home Comfort. They were prompt, helpful, and courteous when we reached out to enquire about installing a new Air Conditioner. The quote we received from Pacific Home Comfort was competitive and the workmanship on the day was excellent. The people who arrived to install our new Air Conditioner were very efficient and really went above and beyond in order to get our new system set up.

Very responsive from the beginning. Baldwin provided a good education on the latest equipment - benefits of different quality products and practical recommendations. Unlike another place where I pay to join ("other company"), Baldwin recommended proper sized units - confirmed this on other sites, including Lennox dealer. other company quoted bigger units than needed and they were high pressure to get me to sign at the appointment, stating I had 10 days to cancel and secure inventory in case it is gone if I delay - reminded me of time share. Pacific was the opposite, spent time educating me, quoted proper size units- Furnace, humidifier, tankless water heater, air conditioner- zero pressure - emailed quote same day. Price was significantly less than other company - other company prices are inflated due to other company rebate cards and 10yrs parts/labour - forcing you to pay for service plan up front. Probability of any problems in 10yrs is almost zero. I wasted thousands with a service plan when my furnace was 12-20 yrs old. Install was fast and efficient. Everything was installed in a day. They lay down covers for floors and stairs. I have an old electronic air cleaner I use for regular 5" filters instead of the electronic cleaner. I asked if I can keep it to both. other company was sceptical, Baldwin said absolutely and preferred the 4 or 5 inch filters over 1" filters for better air flow and longer lasting. Pacific gave good prices up front so there was no need to negotiate. other company started sky high and pretended to give a deal. If you really want 10yrs service contract, buy off Pacific and sign up for a 3rd party service contract at a later date and you will still save a lot of money vs other company, plus you will pay for the service contract monthly instead of up front - if you are ever unhappy with the service provider you can switch - with other company your are stuck for 10 yrs with their service provider. I will recommend Pacific to anyone who asks and tell them not even to bother with other quotes.
