Royal Landscape & Renovations

I hired Eddie (Royal Landscape & Renovations) to do some renovation projects for me (he did some landscaping work as well as a laundry room reno. The last part of the project was for him to do a small kitchen reno. He came and took the measurements, I gave him the samples/paint chips etc. we discussed the timing of this phase. I had to postpone the job, and we were in touch a few times related to the rescheduling. I purchased $200 worth of backsplash tiles, that I asked him to pick up and store for me until he completed the project. Then all contact stopped, I have contacted him several times over this past year and left voice mail messages and sent emails to him. He has not responded, he has not completed the job and I have not received my tiles back.

The interlocking pavers all heaved and sank in spots in the first year of the instalation. when royal landscaping was contacted they said they would come back to repair but have been no shows on the appointment dates and have failed to return phone messages. Here is the last email I sent to them....

Eddie,

I know you're a very busy man but I have attempted to contact you a number of times and left you some messages but you're not responding. I know we have made a number of appointments and you have not been able to show up. I have a delivery that I have been waiting for and have continually postpone as I need the backyard interlocking brick properly levelled prior to this delivery. The last time we spoke I explained to you that the interlocking brick that you had installed has shifted in some areas and has become uneven. You had responded that this was not a problem and you would be able to come back and repair the situation. The problem I face is that I have given you a number of weeks to set an appointment with me as I must get this done so the other contractor can do his job. Can you please call me so that we can set a date that you may be able to return so as I can get back to my other contractor who was calling me daily and wants to deliver the product out of his warehouse.
