Rapid Cool Mechanical

Dan and Joe were extremely professional when they came snd serviced our Furnace. The Furnace was originally bought through Rapid Cool and have been extremely happy with the product and workers who installed it, a number of years ago.
Dan and Joe came out and serviced the unit and were extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them and the whole Rapid Cool staff to anyone looking for HCAC work.

The compressor quit working in our heat pump and as a result the air conditioner would not work. We called our regular service people we have been dealing with for 13 years for a repair quote. They attended and then did not get back to us for over 2 weeks. Consequently we called Rapid Cool and were able to get a quote and parts ordered all in one day. The repair was done as soon as parts arrived and the technician, Russell Bradbury was very professional. I would definitely recommend Rapid Cool.

The service given Colistus was on a scale of 1-10 --10 bewteen the best. He was a 10. Compliments to Steve and all his staff. I would recommend rapid volume to everyone.

We were out of town one weekend and got a call from our son informing us that the AC wasn't coming on in the house. Being late Saturday afternoon, I said call some AC companies and see who could come out that day. He called us back immediately and let us know that Rapid Cool was on their way. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it and give the AC a quick servicing. Being that it was late on a Saturday and I only dealt with them over the phone I was very satisfied with the service once I returned home to my nice cool house. Price was a little high, but I chalk it up to weekend premium and being a RUSH job.
