The compressor quit working in our heat pump and as a result the air conditioner would not work. We called our regular service people we have been dealing with for 13 years for a repair quote. They attended and then did not get back to us for over 2 weeks. Consequently we called Rapid Cool and were able to get a quote and parts ordered all in one day. The repair was done as soon as parts arrived and the technician, Russell Bradbury was very professional. I would definitely recommend Rapid Cool.
