Maplewood Air Systems

I had previously used Maplewood and had been pleased with their service. This fall I called them to schedule furnace servicing and to diagnose and fix a leaky furnace humidifier. After four weeks of calls and tentative and then cancelled appointments on their part I gave up. The final call two weeks ago was to say that the appt. booked for a few days later had to be cancelled and have not called back since.
I was very disappointed in their lack of service particularly since I was a return customer. If the company couldn't accommodate me I wish they would have told me and not wasted my time.
