I called Shaun to come and look at a main drain problem after a prior plumber attempted to clean out the drain without success. I was so pleased when I found out that he would come the same evening even though it meant a late night/long day for him. He was friendly and courteous from the moment he and his assistant Ron walked through the door. They even brought their own doormat and booties to put on over their shoes so as not to soil my floors. Shaun took great care to explain the work that may have been required to rectify the problem and communicated the costs before he did the work. Shaun and Ron were cheerful and efficient, quick to get the problem under control. The best part was the cost, which was much less than the original quote. I was shown the completed job with his drain cam. Shaun and Ron truly cared. I was completely satisfied with their work and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. I will definitely call Shaun from Mr. Rooter if and when I have a plumbing problem . I will recommend them to anyone who requires a knowledgeable and efficient plumber. An A++ business!
