Main sewer line outlet pipe blocked with tree roots

MR ROOTER -Plumbing came the same day we called and opened up the pipe that had root blockage. They returned a few days later and power washed all the roots out of the pipe and inserted a chemical to kill all root endings.
Both service men were extremely efficient , thorough and friendly. All costs were thoroughly explained. Their clean-up[ was excellent I would highly recommend Mr rooter for any outlet pipe blockage. Special thanks to Braden and Chrisztian,

Main line clean out.

I was having a backup on my main floor drain. Krisztian & Ron did a good job of accessing (digging out) the septic and running a cleaning cable from that end which cleared out a lot of build up. They also ran a camera through the line which showed the state it was in. They provided advice on how to proceed, and preventative measures. It's nice to understand my plumbing system more.

Sediment Filter

Needed to replace the sediment filter on the well system. Old one was basically calcified on. Job was done quickly and efficiently and everything was checked to make sure it was working correct.

I wish to let everybody know that this company was the most PROFESSIONAL and SKILLED crew I have had the pleasure to deal with. I had technicians Shawn Cunningham, Krisztian Horvach and new apprentice Ron Shouldice. These three technicians were polite, knowledgable and updated myself on every repair showing me exactly what was broken and needed repair. They actually left the place cleaner than when they arrived and I am a neat freak. Fantastic service, great work, professional crew. Choose these guys.

Replacing basement laundry pump

Was told the full price, including taxes up front. Shaun and Brydon replaced our basement laundry tub efficiently and explained and showed us everything they had done. They even repaired a pipe a previous plumber had done not to code that we weren't area of. I found them to be knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Krisztian horvath and Peter Doyle were the techs that did the labour! They cleaned the filter and provides some teaching about the bio choice and the other services including memebership! They were knowledgeable in the duties words and work! I would recommend the techs to other ppl in the event of plumping needs
