The appointment was for 4 pm. I got a call around noon asking if they could show up for 2 pm. How often does that happen. Krisztian and Peter were professional, efficient and friendly. The problem was found and fixed in about an hour. They answered all my questions and cleaned up before they left. Great job.

Laundry Tub Drain Clog

Laundry tub started backing up after a wash and wouldn't drain. I tried to snake it myself without success so called Mr Rooter. They gave me an appointment for 4 pm but called around noon to say they could be there earlier. Christian and Perter had the problem fixed in no time. Great job.

Shower Faucet replacement

Shaun was awesome and did a great job in a short period of time. I also got the full plumbing inspection which made sense in our house which is now 23 years old (we are the original owners). Now have a full overview of the current state of the plumbing and costs to fix the needed items. Great job Shaun.

Krisztian and Peter were amazing!!!!! The most polite, respectful, knowledgeable plumbers I've ever had. I will use this service again and recommend them to my friends. Also they came within a day when all the other plumbers I contacted couldn't come for days or ever because they didn't work after 4pm. Thanks so much!!!

Laundry - noisy water pipes

Krisztian & Peter arrived at my house a little early which suited me just fine, put on their slippers& we headed to nthe laundry room.
I told them about the noisy pipes & after investigating they knew what the problem was. They told me all about it & what they could do to fix this, which I agreed to so they did it. Told me what it would cost & explained what they had to do. They were professional in their attitude, courteous & very pleasant. I enjoyed this experience & definitely will recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends.

Kitchen Leak
