Shout out to Manax Plumbing -- they came out Feb11/15 very quickly after we called at 8am because we had no water (we are on well water - checked power, etc etc)... they quickly found the issue - and fixed it. thankfully it was a small issue a disintegrated coupling. They did not try to upsell a new well pump etc (which is the norm these days). Nor was there an 'emergency call' fee (which we've been charged by other plumbers for any same day service call). :) The price was reasonable and Todd and Alex were efficient, honest and a pleasure to be around. :) We had our water back by 11:30am. :) Thanks guys ! :)

The most technical plumbers I know. Most plumbers think they are technical but these guy's really are. Fast, efficient and neat. The boss Alex is a very good guy too. He's the type that gets down and dirty and makes sure you are happy with their services.

Had a appointment with this company to install our RO system, on the day of the installation they called and said they could not come as their truck broke down. We then called the owner to let him know that we scheduled a day at home to have this taken care of. The owner Alex came personally to install our RO system the same day and did a good job. Since we purchased the RO system and all the installation parts we though he would leave us the extra valves and spare parts for future need. After Alex left we noticed he took all the extra parts with him. We called him and he said he would drop the parts back. A few days later we called him again to ask to have the parts brought back. Here we are 2 weeks later and we still have not receive our parts....

I am so pleased with your work that I wanted to write a note of appreciation. Our water system is now working perfectly!! Something I had thought would NEVER Happen!! Since the day the first company had installed the equipment it had never worked properly... I had several other "Water Expert" companies in and they could not find or fix the problem! I’m sure that at some point in the future I will need to call for some plumbing assistance but in the meantime I would just like to thank you very much for everything you have accomplished in making our family’s life a whole lot better!

Never in the twilight of our lives have we seen such honesty! We never even noticed the mistake in calculations on the bill but to get a cheque for the correction without our having to ask is absolutely amazing! We wish you all a Happy Holidays From Us.

Alex and his team responded quickly to provide an estimate and to complete the service of moving my water meter and my neighbour's water meter. Our street was under full construction with new sewer and water mains being installed. My neighbour and I had separatedly installled new 3/4" copper water pipes from the curb stop and trenched to our foundation, then through our 24" foundations into our basements. The final cost was less than the original estimate. Manax is a plumber that I can easily recommend. I will use Manax for any future plumbing work at my house.
