I called around to a few places and Knight said the right words with the lowest call out fee. The tech was very experienced and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He then immediately sourced the replacement part (super lucky these days), went and picked it up, and installed it all on the same appointment. Even though it was a pricey part I am happy with the service. The only warning is to get confirmation of the full cost before having Knight come out. While they had the lowest call out fee, there seems to be an additional fee if you want the tech to actually look at your furnace (diagnosis fee). That was not mentioned when I called to set up the appointment.

Hired Knight Plumbing for my residential HVAC cleaning needs due high rating on google initially. Catherine and Tudor did a fantastic job. They made sure I understood the service being offered, the full cost to expect after reviewing things with me and then got to work immediately. Very sauvy and helpful and even my pets liked the techs and they don't like most strangers at the best of times. Very satisfied, would highly recommend.

We had a great experience - Chris was efficient, professional and friendly. Told us exactly what needed to be done and was upfront about the cost before he started any work. The work itself was great and were happy with the fix.

Furnace Not Working

Geoff, Technician, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Found the problem immediately, fixed it and tested all the other components to make sure there were no other problems. Took the time to explain everything to me. Spent extra time explaining about types of furnace filters and offered advice on why mine was getting so dirty so quickly, despite changing it regularly.
I was advised of the cost up front and there were no additional charges even though Geoff spent extra time explaining the workings of the furnace, the thermostat and the humidistat to me.

I recommend Knight highly and Geoff in particular.

Leaky Bath Tub Faucet

Friendly, fast and efficient service. Greatly appreciated him coming early so didnt have pay after hours fee and saved me some money. Fixed it real fast, didnt make a mess and was very personable. Great job!

Replacement Furnace, hot water tank and install of AC

From first meeting with Ryan and Derek everything was very relaxing and no stress. They explained everything that was going to be done and what they suggested was best for us. This we appreciated as we are not licenced and do not know. Not once did we feel like we were taken advantage of. The work that was done was done well. Also was nice after all said and done, both the techs went over everything so that we understood our new installs.
Thank you Steve and (I am sorry as I do not remember the other fellows names) for the great work!!
