We have severe allergies so Karl recommended and installed a 5-stage Air Cleaner in our new home. He was very thorough and took the time to explain how everything works. He was very patient as he taught us how to replace the filters. It has helped us immensely. We called him back when we had issues with our air conditioner and he was able to solve the problem. Karl is always very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He answers all questions with a smile and makes sure we understand everything. We will call Night again and request Karl if we have HVAC issues.
