Igor found all was well with my furnace, except one little pin that regulates the coordination of the fan with the flame, preventing accidents with escape of CO. He explained very clearly what the piece did and I was of course happy he caught it when worn but not yet worn out! I'm glad to have met Igor who made it clear by his welcoming smile at the door that he was glad to be here! He has a great sense of humour and was happy to answer my questions about other furnace functions . A pleasure having him assure me that all is now well with the furnace.
Every time I call to set up an appointment I'm brought instantly to a smile myself as Tina answers the phone with "What can I do to make your day better?" "What can I do to bring joy to your day?" or something.... I can't even remember exactly what as I'm left immediately smiling/laughing. I haven't had a plumbing emergency in quite a while, thank goodness, but both Tina's and Igor's positivity would surely take the edge of a tense situation! Thank you both!
