Roofing review in

This company refuses to come and repair the damage that was done by the snow guard which they installed being ripped out of my roof. They were to have 10 year warranty on the installation and 5@ years on the product. I now have to get another roofer to come and look at it and repair at my cost. THIS SHOULD HAVE COVERED. Do not use this company.
