Premiere Van Lines

We hired Premiere Van Lines Calgary for our office move and they were consistently excellent to deal with. We called the company for a quote and it was provided in less than 24 hours and we were booked us on a date that worked well for us on quite short notice. The moving team was on time, pleasant, professional and extremely efficient. They also went above our expectations even leveling every piece of furniture after they were reassembled.

From move out to move in our 2 amazing movers, Roy and Randy were terrific. They showed up 15 minutes early and put down the blue carpet. It was a very hot day but they worked diligently, quickly and professionally whistling while they moved a 2 bed apartment. At move in they laid down the red carpet and we were treated with respect and courtesy. Thank you so much for helping a couple of seniors.

We needed our furniture packed and moved to storage for several months to facilitate condo renovations. The crew that did the partial pack and move to storage were incredible! They were efficient, careful and quick! All the bits and pieces needed to reassemble items were carefully wrapped and labelled. The furniture is being stored for several months and all items were carefully swaddled in packing blankets.
The crew seemed to enjoy their work and each other. Sense of humor was evident and enjoyed by us as we sat back and watched the action!
I hope this same crew is available when we move the furniture back in!

The move out went very smooth, all five guys were very professional, courteous and careful removing all furniture and boxed items. Everything was stored on the truck, at your location, as I moved out Aug 17 but did not take possession of my new home until Aug 29. The move in went very well. Again all five men were very professional and courteous. I was happy to see Roy and Mike for the move in, as they were there for the move out, so they were familiar with the size and weight of items. There was only one small mishap, with Al, I believe his name was. I asked him before repositioning the heavy, king sized bed frame to wait until the other movers could help lift, however he proceeded to drag it and gouged the hardwood. Unfortunately neither he nor I realized there was a protective leg cover missing. Sometimes accidents happen so not too worried about it as Fawn, from your office, has been very quick to respond and a hardwood flooring specialist has been contacted to repair it. There was a couple of very large pieces of furniture that could not fit downstairs, so Mike was awesome in taking them apart and once downstairs, reassembling. It was a very large move out, storage for 12 days and move in. Plus I bought all the boxes and packing material from you, which can be returned and I get back 80% of what I paid...bomus!! All in all, I would call it an excellent moving experience and would highly recommend you!!

This was our third move in six months and we thoroly tired of the whole thing. Your crew made it a pleasure. They arrived promptly and moved everything very quickly and professionally. They arrived at nine and the whole job was done by three. Amazing. Couldnt be more satisfied. Very professionally done from start to finish. Well done.

We recently sold our house in Calgary and moved to Airdrie. We contacted Premiere Moving and after a visit to our home, they provided us with a quote for the move. They were very professional and had the contents of our entire house and double garage loaded in about five hours. The cost of the move ended up costing us a little bit less than what we were quoted. We would definitely recommend Premiere and would use them again!
