The move out went very smooth, all five guys were very professional, courteous and careful removing all furniture and boxed items. Everything was stored on the truck, at your location, as I moved out Aug 17 but did not take possession of my new home until Aug 29. The move in went very well. Again all five men were very professional and courteous. I was happy to see Roy and Mike for the move in, as they were there for the move out, so they were familiar with the size and weight of items. There was only one small mishap, with Al, I believe his name was. I asked him before repositioning the heavy, king sized bed frame to wait until the other movers could help lift, however he proceeded to drag it and gouged the hardwood. Unfortunately neither he nor I realized there was a protective leg cover missing. Sometimes accidents happen so not too worried about it as Fawn, from your office, has been very quick to respond and a hardwood flooring specialist has been contacted to repair it. There was a couple of very large pieces of furniture that could not fit downstairs, so Mike was awesome in taking them apart and once downstairs, reassembling. It was a very large move out, storage for 12 days and move in. Plus I bought all the boxes and packing material from you, which can be returned and I get back 80% of what I paid...bomus!! All in all, I would call it an excellent moving experience and would highly recommend you!!
