Plumbing and HVAC work are quite complex and there is always room for complications. It's important that we send the best techs with the best tools to solve the problem right the first time.

That's also the benefit of our pricing - if there's a complication with the job and it takes longer, or we don't have the proper part, it doesn't cost you anything extra - our price is agreed upon before the job starts, and even if we're there HOURS after the time we thought we'd be finished at, your price is still secured.

It's often rare that you would call someone too professional, but not so rare to call someone too friendly. At the end of the day, being personable is good, but a technician can be overly friendly. It's important for technicians everywhere to realize that they still need to maintain that professionalism, as they are providing a service, and dealing with serious appliances and utilities. There is a time for joking, and a time for working - any good technician will attest to that, and you, as a customer should ask for no less than that!

Hi there Eric, thanks for the review, I remember the issue well. For those unfamilliar, Eric had us come over and quote specifically on the repair of the toilet, which required a complete overhaul. Now, I'm glad we were able to help you out, unfortunately mistakes do happen and it seems one happened in this situation - we should have quoted the price to replace the toilet straight out, and it appears we did not, for which I'm quite sorry.

Thanks for taking the time to call in to the office to get this sorted out, as you mentioned, we took great joy in being able to get this issue sorted out for you, and now you've got a brand new toilet!
