It was a really great experience. Trevor came to do our planned service on our hot water tank. He was professional, on time, explained everything to me and even showed me a few things. I appreciated the fact that he was even here early!

My furnace was making noises like it was going to go into orbit. I called Clearview and they sent Trevor B out. Only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem, call the office and head off to get a replacement part. He came back, put it in and we were done. Everything was explained to me and done in the time he estimated. I have warranty so there was no cost to me. All in all it was a great experience with Clearview. It's natural for people to get a bit nervous when expecting a repair person because we don't know what will happen but my fears were unfounded with Clearview

Gerry was exceptional, friendly and informative! The service you guys give is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clearview. One thing I thought was exceptional is that the technicians are only given 1 job at a time which allows them to fully focus and concentrate on the job at hand and not worry about getting to the next job!

Gerry gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision about what I should do with my furnace in the future. I'm happy with the tune up and how Gerry worked on the job.

As in many older areas with trees we had a back up due to tree roots. Nik arrived right on time (actually a little early). We found him to be informative, polite and had a sense of humor, good thing to have in a crappy situation. He made a real point of making sure the work area was clean after completion. He arranged for the video work (included in the price) and just made things easy. The video people that came were also polite and informative.

Basically everything was good. The technician (Alif) was very polite and he took extra time to talk to us about our options and what's wrong with the hot water tank. I'm very happy with Clearview.

Dirty water was coming up the tub so we called Clearview. Farrock was our plumbing technician and we were pleased at how pleasant he was. He was everything we could have asked for and got the problem resolved in one visit.

We had used Clearview for other jobs in the past so when we started our kitchen reno they were our choice. Phil and Trevor came promptly when scheduled to do the estimate and Phil was awesome when he came to do the actual work. Clearview are not always the cheapest, but I know that they are very clear with their cost estimates, willing to explain all the options and their work is top notch. Also, you can always count on them to follow up and honour warranty work. I would definitely recommend them.

My furnace was installed by this company aprox. 2 years ago. It recently stopped working so I phoned to have Clearview come see what the problem was. Upon phoning I was informed that I had a 10 year warranty, for parts service and labour and that the callout and service was free of charge. The tech arrived and told me before he looked at it that there would be a charge if it wasn't furnace related. He proceeded to check the furnace came back two minutes later....after completing no work whatsoever, then charged me $175.00 and said my vents were dusty. I feel this company is notorious for their bait and switch. This is not the first time this company has come to my house offered me inflated prices then left with my money after completing no service. I feel this company is overpriced and dishonest. The way they operate leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is the last time I will deal with them. I don't recommend that you call them, they will charge you for just picking up the phone.

Gerry one of the Technicians at Clearview Plumbing & Heating was at my house and we were having issues with out HWT and we decided to go ahead with the installation and i can say that Gerry was really nice and did a great job
